Terms and Conditions

AIREX.XYZ Limited (“Company”) provides tour packages and flight booking services with Tourism License No. TAT.11/09205

By using our services, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

2.1 Booking

• Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit or full payment
• The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings without payment within specified time
• Prices and details are subject to change without prior notice

2.2 Payment

• Deposit: 30-50% of tour price (depending on tour program)
• Final payment: At least 30 days before departure date
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, cash

⚠️ Important: Cancellation terms vary by tour program. Please consult with our staff.

General Cases:

• More than 45 days before departure: 100% refund minus administrative fees
• 30-45 days before departure: 50% refund minus administrative fees
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Special non-refundable cases:

• Visa rejection due to incomplete or false customer documents
• Embassy visa rejection without stated reason (embassy policy)
• Customer denied entry or exit by immigration authorities

The Company is not liable for the following cases:

• Loss or damage of luggage, property, and personal documents
• Additional costs from force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, terrorism
• Illness or accidents during travel
• Flight changes or cancellations by airlines
• Flight delays due to weather conditions or airline technical reasons

5.1 Mandatory Insurance

✓ Basic Coverage: The Company provides accident insurance during travel for all customers as required by law. Coverage amount: 1,000,000 Baht per person

*This insurance covers only accidents occurring while under the Company's care

5.2 Additional Travel Insurance

💡 Highly Recommended: The Company strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance to cover other risks such as illness, medical expenses, lost luggage, flight delays, trip cancellation

• The Company offers additional travel insurance consultation (optional)
• Customers may arrange insurance independently with preferred insurance companies
• Additional insurance premiums are not included in tour prices unless clearly specified

5.3 Coverage Limitations

• Mandatory insurance (1 million Baht) covers accidents only, not illness or medical expenses
• No coverage for customers going off designated routes or engaging in unauthorized risky activities
• No coverage for pre-existing medical conditions or health conditions prior to travel

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring passport validity of at least 6 months from return date
• Verifying complete and correct visa and travel documents
• Providing accurate and truthful personal information
• Complying with laws and regulations of destination countries

The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel travel if customers:

• Behave in ways that disturb fellow travelers or staff
• Fail to follow tour leader or local guide instructions
• Engage in illegal or immoral activities
• Have health conditions unsuitable for travel without prior notice to the Company

*If the Company cancels travel due to customer behavior, no refunds will be provided

The Company reserves the right to modify tour itineraries in the following cases:

• For customer safety and maximum benefit
• Due to force majeure or uncontrollable events
• Insufficient number of travelers meeting minimum requirements (15 days advance notice)

The Company protects customer personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
